Required Documents
1. New Passport (Minor)
- Minor’s Birth Certificate – Needs to be certified by any one (Justice of Peace, Notary, Pharmacy or Police Station from Australia)
- Both Parents Passport Copy – Needs to be certified by any one (Justice of Peace, Notary, Pharmacy or Police Station from Australia)
- Proof of Address of any one Parent – If you provide any address other than printed on parents passport
- Marriage Certificate
- Visa copy of both parents – If bridging visa then provide Vevo check (not older than 30 days) and bridging visa grant letter
- 2 Photographs – 2*2 inch (US Size Photo, do not wear white cloths for photo)
2. Passport Renewal (Adult)
- Expired Passport (original)
- Proof of Address (if changed) – Needs to be certified by any one (Justice of Peace, Notary, Pharmacy or Police Station from Australia)
- 2 Photographs – 2*2 inch (US Size Photo, do not wear white cloths for photo)
- Visa Copy – If bridging visa then provide Vevo check (not older than 30 days) and bridging visa grant letter
4. Passport Renewal (Minor)
- Expired Passport (original)
- Both Parents Passport Copy – Needs to be certified by any one (Justice of Peace, Notary, Pharmacy or Police Station from Australia)
- Proof of Address of Parent if changed
- Visa Copy of Minor and both parents
- 2 Photographs – 2*2 inch (US Size Photo, do not wear white cloths for photo)
