Documents Required for OCI Application
- Current Foreign Passport (copy + original for verification)
- Cancelled Indian Passport or Proof of Indian origin
- Birth Certificate (for applicant or parent, as proof of lineage)
- Proof of relationship (for minor/spouse-based cases)
- 1 Photographs – 2*2 inch (US Size Photo, do not wear white cloths for photo)
- Marriage certificate apostille by DFAT (if applying through Indian spouse)

- New OCI Application: 6–8 weeks
- Renewal/Re-issue of OCI Card: 6-8 weeks
